A roll-out of the plans every short interval is a better approach than rolling out a bulk idea at once. It is easier for the workforce to adapt to small changes and finally achieve the ultimate goal over a period as compared to the latter. This ensures that the business community has constant updates on the implications and the importance of the change being brought forth.

In order to develop the most successful human capital, the idea must be beyond efficiency and effectiveness. It should be able to attract, retain and grow the right people in all its stages. Strategic initiatives need to drive performance in an organization by adding value where required.

One must have a full comprehension of all the business aspects and dynamics to be in a position to come up with sensible and implementable plans. This is because it is only someone with such knowledge that can comfortably identify the corrections needed by their current systems and a manner of doing things. The initiative ought to be validated by major players to ensure that its priorities are at per with those of an organization at large.
